Can I buy bottles directly from this website?

No. This website serves as the official product catalog for the Silicon Mix line. When you choose a formula and decide to purchase, you will complete your order on our authorized retail partner listing, where checkout and fulfillment take place.

What is the difference between a deep treatment and a rinse-out conditioner?

A regular rinse-out conditioner coats the hair quickly for day-to-day detangling. Our deep treatments use a heavier concentration of silicones, ceramides, and conditioning agents designed to sit on clean, damp hair under heat for ten to fifteen minutes so the strand absorbs moisture more thoroughly.

Can I use Silicon Mix on relaxed, colored, or natural hair, as well as weaves?

Yes. We formulated these treatments in our salon culture to work across all hair patterns and states. They soften natural textures, restore slip to chemically relaxed or colored hair, and help keep human-hair weaves, wigs, and extensions manageable.

How do I choose between the five formulas?

The Classic line focus is dry, brittle hair needing basic softness. Bambu adds bamboo extract to support fragile hair prone to breakage. Argan Oil supplies extra richness for dull or heat-damaged hair. Proteina de Perla works well on lifted, blonde, or chemically processed strands. Moroccan Argan Oil offers a lighter, smoothing balance.

How do orders, deliveries, and returns work?

Because you purchase directly through the retail partner listing, that merchant handles your payment processing, packaging, delivery updates, and any customer support. If you need to check tracking, cancel an order, or request a return, you manage that directly through your account with the retail partner.

Is the large salon tub the same formula as the smaller jar?

Yes. We blend and fill the exact same formula whether it goes into an 8-ounce jar, a 16-ounce container, or a 36-ounce salon tub. The only difference is the volume of product in the package.
